Test for Flexibility

Test for toughness when the formwork is bent, Crush the formwork with a forklift when it is not in the same plane (one side is grounded, one side is positioned obliquely), and the formwork remains unharmed after rebound.

Test for Impact Strength

Use a tiny round-headed hammer to bash the plastic building formwork's smooth surface, then look for any surface depressions. Although there will be depressions in high-quality building templates, but there won't be any cracks.

Shrinkage Test

To measure the distance between the two nights, place the two forms side by side on a wooden board; the difference should not be greater than 3 to 5 mm from the prior data.

Nail-Holding Strength

Nail at a 5 mm distance from the plate's edge for maximum nail-holding strength. If there is no crack, this means that the plate's quality is good. After the nail is driven in, check to see if the nail and the formwork are tightly bonded.
